I have trouble with the app. It takes a while before I can request a review and if I click on different things like medication, it won’t let me click the back button. I have to close the app out completely and start over. I think there needs to be some improvements with the app then everything would fall into place a lot better. I also wish I would have had a better selection of Psychiatrists to choose from in the beginning. I had to switch because I wasn’t happy about the first one I chose. I just think the selection was really slim. I am happy with my new provider so far. Overall, app improvements and a better selection of Psychiatrist and Therapist would be very beneficial to Brightside. I am very thankful for a virtual program that accepts my insurance as it’s much more convenient for me to not have another doctor visit to have to go to. Thank you, Brightside!
