Love the convenience of this service. Only negative feedback is that “Request medication review” confuses me. I wish it just said “schedule follow up appointment” and then you could always fill out the questions afterwards. Also the multiple choice questions are hard to answer. “Which symptom is most bothersome for you?” doesn’t include the answer “feeling sad” which I would think is a common response.
