I’ve felt Brightside has been very helpful to me in learning what is and how to implement CBT in my daily life. I also find the mood tracking as someone diagnosed with PMDD very helpful to see where my spikes emotionally and hormonally. I feel my scores have been slightly higher as of lately as I’m dealing with a death in the family and am grieving, and that has nothing to do with the quality therapy I’m receiving.
