I was recommended to Brightside after confiding in a friend that my postpartum journey was not going the way I had expected and I felt my baseline for my emotions, thoughts, and attitude was simply off due to hormones and getting back into life with a newborn. I cannot say how great it was to hear about this service on a Monday and have my appointment that Wednesday. Plus the treatment plan has been extremely helpful along with my ongoing therapy outside of Brightside.
