First of all, I am extremely happy with Brightside's service, I am very happy with my provider and her attention to my individual needs. The convienence of tele-health has given me a great oppurtunity to manage my care.
My only concern is financial- the value of service is undisputed, but I am concerned that there will be a time when I can no longer carry the monthly fee as I am on limited funds. If there were a reduced monthly rate, or an occasional discount code, it would reduce my anxiety about the issue. I don't want things to change, this has been a great experience for me.
