I was told there would be no charge. I understand you can’t control my insurance company and their rules But I should have been told by Brightside that this was an estimate as opposed to false advertisement and misleading me to rack up charges then tell me it was a guess and it was not accurate to say there was a zero co pay.
As these photos show your company states that they “ENSURES YPU GET CARE BEYOND WHAT INSURANCE PAYS…” No where does it say this could change or may not be accurate. Very wrong and bad business
