Brightside has been a pleasant surprise in convenience, usability and versatility. My schedule is chaotic at best, and it is hard to find the help I need when it works for me. Brightside has taken the concern away and even better, the MHNP I was placed with is incredible. She responded to my cues unlike many other specialists I’ve seen in the past and our exchange was immediately friendly. I could tell she really cared to hear what I had to say.
