Getting an appointment was difficult and it took over a month to finally connect. Then my therapist and I couldn't connect audioally. It was very frustrating trying different passcodes, then having to change passcode, and my forgetting what I had keyed in.
I don't have problems with Zoom and taking to other therapists. I talked to Pauline- no problem. Since I'm not computer sophisticated, this was overwhelming.
