Brightside was a blessing. The care team is professional and experienced. I adore my therapist, she's experienced, kind, truly hears what I say. My psychologist is great as well, easy to talk to and knows what I need. I love being able to send a message to either of them at any time, being able to check in, the lessons are actually helpful, and the reminders to check in are exactly what I need. Being able to do video sessions in the evening is perfect with a busy schedule. My depression is back under control and my axiety is improving as well. I highly recommend!
