I was having a hard time finding psychiatry coverage in NY and Brightside to be a godsend. I have been seen twice and though I missed the personal approach from my prior provider, I was happy to have medication management. I was recently charged by Brightside for just under $200. When I enrolled, I was under the impression my insurance covered all care done via the app. Out of pocket psychiatry is not in my budget at this time especially as I am an insured person. Therefore, I am incredibly let down by Brightside and would not recommend.
