The video quality is terrible which makes me a bit self conscious since it's so so dark. The messaging feature to my understanding doesn't immediately notify my therapist which is odd since that would be an effective route to keep clients in touch with their therapist. Overall I do love the convenience with scheduling and availability of my therapist.
