Brightside is good in theory but the providers are a bit dismissive- and the app is just overwhelming.
I’ve been receiving frequent messages from Brightside about scheduling an appointment, almost daily. At this point, I don’t feel the need to meet. But regardless of the anxiety you feel they add on to that. Its not the app for me.
