I only used Brightside because of my busy schedule and now I wish I had made the time and had gone through my provider. Not worth the amount charged for the appointment. I felt like my appointment was rushed and was not asked additional questions outside of the survey results that were submitted prior. The check ins are good but they were straight from the app and not the Provider.
