So far, Brightside has been a wonderful tool in helping me live a better life and addressing my mental health issues with compassion and true vigor. My psychiatrist is wonderful and listens to me about my needs, and my therapist is incredibly kind and very helpful in working on my issues in a way that really works for me specifically. Definitely one of the best mental health programs I've ever been in!
