I was in a deep depression and needed an appointment immediately, something that is nearly impossible these days. I was able to get connected to a medication manager and a therapist very quickly. Now, about 4 months later, I am in a place I thought I’d never see again: I am returning to a regular and healthy routine and beginning to feel like my old self again. This is the turnaround I needed. I think it was the convergence of my readiness and the assistance of Brightside that has done that for me.
