Brightside has not been adequately responsive to my request for a change of Therapists. The online form for changing Therapists doesn't have pertinent questions for me to answer re: my request, and doesn't have an 'open answer' field for me to give specific things that I am searching for in a new Therapist so that Brightside can better match me up with a Therapist that meets my needs better. This oversight in the online request for a change of Therapists is a huge miss on your part.
