I feel like Brightside is a good team, i was unfortunately didnt connect to the therapist. Which made me lose interest and care in using. But with ongoing struggles in my life, I plan on trying to give it another go with a new team through Brightside. My hope is to find a team that works well for me and to actually make some progress.
