I honestly am so glad that I found Brightside, because I work 9-5 and can't afford to leave work all the time for therapy, and the other platform I had used was more clinical and only about the money. This one is easy to access, they are there for me any time of day, it is affordable, both the psychiatrist and therapist I have talked to really sounded like they care about my well-being first and foremost.
