I’m concerned but so far Brightside is ok, my doctor had to write a script because I didn’t have any information on my medication and when it was coming. Never got an email about track or etc, i emailed them and did not hear back for a week, by that time my prescription would’ve been gone and I could’ve had the side effects of the medication. so when I chatted with my doctor he wrote me a script and I had to go pick it up from my local pharmacy. I’m thankful for him doing that. I really hope Brightside doesn’t drop the ball again on my medication and mailing it. Or I’ll be looking elsewhere.
