Brightside has been pretty easy to use and my doctor is great. Super responsive and a good listener. I’m not a huge fan of scales rating systems, so the check ins can be hard for me, especially because the pandemic has really messed with my sense of time (how long was 2 weeks ago anyway?). Also, it took way too long for my first round of meds to ship. It was supposed to be 3-4 days, but it was at least 10 before it even left the facility. Now that I’ve got them things are great, but that was a rough start.
