Getting an online appointment with a doctor was very easy and convenient, and some of the online lessons have been helpful or inspiring. However, I now feel that I am mostly just paying $100 for the convenience of having my medication mailed to me. I was happy to find Brightside when I did, as it helped me out of a very bad, tough situation, but now I just feel locked in and wish I had taken the time to see a doctor in-person so that my medication could be purchased through my insurance.
