The doctor that Brightside connected me with is the best I’ve had in years. She’s insightful, thoughtful, and caring. The text-only therapy is admittedly a bit odd to navigate — feels like there is a set path and I don’t know if I should be asking other personal questions outside of that pathway. Maybe an in-person/virtual option would be better.
