Customer service was slow to respond when my meds were delivered to the wrong address. I feel like a video check-in should Be automatic with your doctor, because what else am I paying $100 a month for?? For silence unless something is very wrong? I could have my PCP prescribe with the same degree of interaction. Displeased so far. Considering cancellation.
