While I support the concept of virtual mental health management, I have been extremely disappointed in Brightside. I joined two month’s ago, and while my virtual doctor’s visit went well, I waited over a week for my medications. I am now waiting over a week AGAIN the second month. Considering these are controlled substances, I would assume Brightside would be adamant about patients receiving their medications promptly. Shame on me for assuming. Customer service is slow and less than helpful at solving this problem. I had to reach out to my doctor and have him send over a small supply through a different pharmacy. I sincerely hope for the future of your business that you can fix these issues. Best of luck, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
