Insured my car with you Jan 2023, received a letter from police. 24 March 23 stating that I wasn’t insured, and should not drive my car Till sorted with bright side, not very nice to know I’d been driving around Without insurance, and I very much doubt you would have not paid out If I had a claim. I asked the member of your team, if I was going to be reimbursed for the 3+ months or have my cover extended for the same Period of time, he said no and that I would have been covered. My reply was insurance companies are like bookmakers they don’t like to pay out, if they can get out of paying up. Anthony Turner is not impressed.
