April 2023. Terrible company & customer service, They cancelled my Insurance via letter, hence I took out insurance elsewhere on the given date to find they did not cancel they just wanted updated details after the date of cancellation. I then phoned to query & cancel and they wanted payment in full and a cancellation fee as per their terms and conditions. NO customer service telephone number on the snotty email demanding payment in full, only debt advice line phone numbers. SHOCKING COMPANY.
