Never had a problem! We have been with Brightside for years, always found them to be helpful and responsive. All of these negative reviews are clearly from people have done/got things wrong (like letting their payments bounce, or giving inaccurate information) but don’t want to take accountability.
IMO Brightside are a great company, and I would recommend them.
