The customer service is the worst. I have been a customer with them, they are over priced but thought it was worth paying extra as I presumed it will mean better service. I called them saying I’ve sold my car and works like a quote for my new car. They asked me the stupidest questions for about 45 Minutes, like is your steering on the right hand side of the car? Anyway just to then be told they don’t give quotes, I must sign up and then I’ll find out the price once I have signed up. Can you please explain the logic to me? Who signs up without knowing how much they will be paying and this is because I’m an existing customer.
