Please Please check who the underwriters of your insurance is with when dealing with Brightside, look up the reviews for Tansar and Action365 for all the awful experiences people have and effectively paying premiums for tansar never to pay claims out, without taking to the ombudsman.
Brightside should not still be offering this company as an underwriter with all the complaints
