I joined Brillband in December 2022. After joining online I was contacted very soon after by a real person to arrange the install of full fibre, and to confirm details. Really nice to be contacted by a real person. Brillband kept me well informed of the progress of my order, and provided information on what to expect on the install day. Engineers arrived when I was advised, and they completed the install without issue. The engineers were very helpful, and explained what they were doing. They confirmed everything with me before starting any work. The full fibre service itself is excellent. The Brillband service was working as soon as the engineers completed their work. Compared to my previous provider, the speeds both up, and down are bonkers! 900MB download, and 900MB upload for less than I was paying previously. Very happy with all aspects of the service so far, Brillband have been brill!
