I spent over two months investing, and when I finally attempted to withdraw my funds, my account—holding over $186,120—was unexpectedly locked. Customer service has not responded to my withdrawal requests. After sharing my experience with friends, they advised me to contact lilo grace 75 @ gmail .com . I don't often leave reviews, but I feel I need to shout out the brilliance of Brillband. The whole process of getting on line and set up is so simple. I had a few issues with my landlord and the team went over and above to help me. They have taken me step-by-step through issues I have with my laptop - I'm sure they didn't need to do that. Thank you team - you really are the best!!!

‘What went wrong?’ Where to start. Read the negative reviews. This is where you find the real story of Brillband. My most recent experience started at 5pm last night while working 👇 The internet has now been offline for over 15hours going off at 5pm last night. I immediately contacted Brillband who apparently don’t work at 5pm in the evening and I am still waiting on a response. This is the longest outage but by no means the first. Usually happening in working hours and extremely disruptive for people who work from home. I am currently forced to use my personal hotspot to enable me to work. This isn’t the first time. I’ve had to but expensive additional equipment at my own cost to extend WiFi reach in a 3 bedroom thin walled home. Brillband will literally blame everything AND the kitchen sink for their sub standard service and product. Avoid like the plague is my thorough recommendation.

I was already on CityFibre 900 with a rival provider (Giganet) so transfer was straightforward - no engineer's visit required - but a series of emails from Brillband kept me up to date on progress. One niggle. Brillband informed me that my old service would end dead on midnight and they would take over before midday. As my existing contract was paid up to 6 June, I nominated 7 June for the transition. In the event, Giganet continued their supply till nearly 02:15 and officially ceased operation only at 18:00, though Brillband had connected around 09:00. In consequence I was obliged to pay Giganet (or rather their successors, Cuckoo) for an extra day. Predictable enough with hindsight, but it could perhaps have been better explained. Brillband provided a different model of the Amazon eero 6 router from Giganet's and I have to say that, judging from online speed tests, its transmission over Wi-Fi seem to be inferior. In practice there is no appreciable difference in performance.

Brillband have been brilliant so far. Setup was super quick, the CityFibre engineers were friendly and knowledgeable. Speeds have been superb and is a huge step up from the old Openreach line. However some websites like Youtube require login and other sites are blocked because Brillband using CGNAT, but can usually be solved by using a VPN or logging into the sites. Not having to worry about sneaky price increases is a breath of fresh air and I couldn't recommend Brillband enough.

Starting with the installation, the router arrived the week before. The installer arrived on time on the day and took 1 hout to get everything installed and set up. I've had 2 issues. I couldn't access certain functionality using my work VPN. I was able to set up a 'Guest Network' (very easy) on the Eero router and that resolved the first issue. The second issue I had was my TV kept losing it's wifi connection. That turned out to be an issue with the TV (only able to connet to 2.5GHz network and not 5GHz). By switching on a 'Legacy' setting in the router I was able to resolve that. I like being able to access the router via a phone app. The app is pretty straightforward. The connection itself is stable, reliable and fast. No problems so far. All in all, I only wish I'd made the move sooner.

This has been a very easy switch over. Good communication and everything went as promised. Within a day we were at full speed as promised. The Eero6 router made things simple to set up and easy to use. So far v impressed.
