Simple connection by city fibre, always quick to respond to any queries I have had, all good so far! Wow speeds are so fast!

I have recently transferred to fibre and chose Brillband as the supplier. The online process was clear and simple. Contacting Brillband is easy via WhatsApp and you get to speak to a real person if required very easily. The installation was undertaken by City Fibre who were polite, tidy and helpful fitting the cable exactly where I requested. So far the connection speeds are very good and much better than before.

After spending many years with another fibre provider and ever increasing prices for just broadband alone and with the cost of everything else in life going up, I bit the bullet to review what my options were. With having City Fibre available in the street this was the first port of call. After a quick look through providers that were on offer, it was a "no brainer" to go with brillband. Signed up very easily through the website with a date that was just over a week ahead - earlier appointments were available had I been available. New router came with a couple of days of signing up. Engineers came a couple of days ahead of time to do their survey, then on the day of installation gave a call to say they were on the way. Installation was without issue, all done and dusted in less than an hour. Now I have broadband that is less than half the price that I was going to be paying post the April increases with my previous provider, and it is almost 4 times faster than what I was paying for (250Mbs -> 940Mbs). Even better with the eero 6 router is that I can take better control of browsing activity of our youngest and ensure that all of their devices can't browse the internet after bedtime. Broadband shouldn't be expensive, it should be fast and reliable backed by great customer services and so far brillband is ticking the boxes for me.

Had an issue on the second day where we lost service for a few hours although several providers all went down at that time. No issues otherwise and it's been a bonus not having to listen to the kids moaning about losing connection and buffering from our previous provider.

I qas having issues with my broadband not Dow loading very fast through my ps5. I contacted brillband via Instagram and they quickly got me in contact with the support team. Viv was very friendly and managed to fix my issue in minutes my ammending my settings, brilliant customer service and now great Internet speeds.

Very impressed with Brillband customer service so far. I had questions that I couldn't answered by City Fibre about the install but Birllband were able to help (even though they weren't installing!). Service has run as promised so far without an issue.

Very happy with the service. Viv and lyle kept me updated on my order all the time. Viv did a fantastic job at answering my question I had prior to ordering the service, the post card in the router box was really nice touch too. 5* for both service and customer support.
