Constantly had issues with my Sky broadband service dropping and constantly made excuses like building fabric etc. eventually made the switch to brillband fibre and it’s only been 2 months but the difference is remarkable. The eero app is extremely handy if anything addictive. Brillbands customer service is second to none, any issues has been resolved immediately without any infuriating call centres, pre-programmed voice message or jargon. I would 100% recommend.

I've been a customer for almost 3 months now and the service has been fantastic. Speeds are as stated and consistent. I've also had to contact customer support once and my experience was great, even though the fault was not theirs Brillband got in contact with Citifibre for me and had everything sorted within 24 hours.

I 100% drive for excellent customer service I am passionate about getting the best for what I pay for, if a company sells me something I expect delivery not just on product but service delivery is as if not more important. I was let down through no fault of my own by my previous broadband provider their customer service was not only appauling but was effecting my mental well-being trying to resolve an issue that they created. Being a home worker I rely on good reliable internet access, that in itself is not the be all and end all of what I require, good honest access to customer service is also a priority. Brillband from day one delivered on every aspect of my expectations. 100% delivered on cost, installation, promise and reassurance and they have never ever let me down. I cannot recommend Brillband enough and I do if people ignore my recommendation because ‘never heard of them’ believe me neither had I but I was desperate to go live again and they delivered and continue to deliver. This is an honest review and the content of the review is of my own opinion based on experience and of a satisfied customer.

Good installation team. 840Mbs down and 940Mbs upload on wired PC. Think supplied erro 6 router can manage 500Mbs on wifi. If you use 2.4G smart devices plugs, lights etc, remember to temporarily disable 5G on erro before trying to set devices up as erro will default to 5G and smart device apps will fail. Erro uses same SSID for 2.4 and 5G wifi. I was with Virginmedia/ntlword for over 20 years before Brillband. 3 x the speed at just over half the price compared to Virginmedia.

I signed up online to brillband and within half an hour they phoned and set up the installation date that suited me once the installation was complete they contacted me again to make sure everything was working as it should be great service from a great company.

Arrived on time, installed without fuss and no mess left behind. Engineers only left when I’d set up the Eero router satisfactorily.

Refreshing change from Virgin media, rang me within one hour of ordering their service to offer installation dates. Sent router within the week and city fibre took less than an hour & a half to run new connection into my property. Downloads speeds varying between 700 to 950 mbps and upload speeds in excess of 650 mbps on LAN means my old virgin broadband, at 250mbps download and only around 25mbps upload is now consigned to history with the excellent price I am now paying Brillband. Wifi running around 250 to 400mbps upload & download though you do need to be running 5G enabled stuff to get those speeds means that it's all good for us. One last thing, so good to be able to speak with local operators who are responsive meaning I no longer have to go through multiple levels of security to speak with an operator. Highly recommended.

No way can I fault BrillBand, the customer service, is second to none, they have the "personal touch", your not a customer to them, your a friend that uses the service. As for folks complaining about the eero routers and speed over WiFi I spoke to eero tech support and they said max WiFi speed was between 500-700Mbps depending on model. WiFi speed depends on soo many things, devices connected, background frequencies, microwaves etc. The ISP cant help with in home speeds, as long as your speed to the router is what the say then thats good, also the speedtests online are rubbish, try running different ones and you will get different results. BrillBand = Awesome.

The whole brillband experience from start to finish. Was so easy from first contact to setting up had to contact support, and within minutes Vivyan called. Problem sorted. It was me not setting up properly. Oops. Would I recommend brillband. Most definitely. Oh! And it's a Scottish company. Win win...

Faultless, I have absolutely zero issues with Brillband, excellent communications from the day I decided to join. The installation team used were brilliant, efficient and tidied up after themselves. The Eero router works really well, it's amazing going from 50 mbps to over 900mbps. Spoken to customer service once with a question and they responded very promptly. Tremendous service thus far.

What can I say after switching from virgin's "1GIG" package really 200MBPS Brillband are hitting me with pretty much the 1gig down and up for a fraction of the price . Not only that Murren is an absolute delight to speak with along with vivyan very helpful staff that goes above and beyond to help you I can't fault the human response you get NO SCRIPTS here. keep up the amazing work Team Brillband ? installation from cityfibre was flawless and quick
