Very impressed with Brillband customer service so far. I had questions that I couldn't answered by City Fibre about the install but Birllband were able to help (even though they weren't installing!). Service has run as promised so far without an issue.

The ability to control users and their access level is a plus for me. Though there had been some instability but it's been a good service

Very happy with the service. Viv and lyle kept me updated on my order all the time. Viv did a fantastic job at answering my question I had prior to ordering the service, the post card in the router box was really nice touch too. 5* for both service and customer support.

Fantastic service so far, was sceptical about customer service but again so far so good. I find the WhatsApp communication much easier than being on hold for an eternity then getting through to someone who doesn't have a clue in a different country. No CPI price rises swung it for me.

No cowboys here 🤠 Just an honest and cost-effective service that gives our customers a breath of fresh air! We don't shy away from communication either, and the proof is in the pudding - our average response time through WhatsApp and Live Chat is only 21 seconds. Brillband's service has been incredible - the internet provided has been stable and 10 times the speed I had before with a more expensive provider. The customer service has also been refreshing, with the team being responsive, attentive and personable.

Amazed at how easy it was! Engineer arrived and gave me a rundown of what was needed, offered to hot spot his phone if I needed it. He ran a cable into my house, took him roughly 25min from start to finish. Left me with instructions how to finish setting up the router although he did offer to do this. Instantly my broadband was roughly 90x faster. Goodbye Sky, it’s been awful! Take the leap and join up today, it’s been hours and I didn’t expect it to be this easy! Thanks!

Fantastic service, a quick setup and great speeds for a reasonable price! Even the setup folk with city fibre took special consideration timing the noisy work around my son’s nap. Couldn’t recommend enough 😁

The Brillband full fibre system is giving us faster and so far 100% reliable internet access. The clarity of Wi-Fi calls is better now, which is important given the very poor mobile signal at our location.
