Amazed at how easy it was! Engineer arrived and gave me a rundown of what was needed, offered to hot spot his phone if I needed it. He ran a cable into my house, took him roughly 25min from start to finish. Left me with instructions how to finish setting up the router although he did offer to do this. Instantly my broadband was roughly 90x faster. Goodbye Sky, it’s been awful! Take the leap and join up today, it’s been hours and I didn’t expect it to be this easy! Thanks!

I have been a VM customer for several long years. It was a very expensive and frustrating deal process where I never knew what to expect. The only thing that was certain was that I could expect with 100% certainty another email about the price increase. One day I said enough is enough. I'd rather be without internet than this. And then I found Brillband. I was in such a state of mind that I didn't trust anyone or anything, but I thought, what could be worse than being with VM? I am in! My life changed that day. Installation was easy, customer service was excellent, internet was fast and the price was good. I couldn't believe these people were real, it was so good! Brillband is a decent company, they care about people's online comfort, and they don't bother to raise the price (which I especially appreciate in these terrible times), if you have a problem, they are always there. I love Brillband and unless they change I will never trade them for anyone. Saying yes to them was the best "Internet" decision I've ever made and I don't regret it. It's been a year since I've been with them and they're just as good as day one. And another, one of the most important things for me is that Brillband means freedom. These guys are the real change I've been waiting for for so long. As for protection, the router receives regular updates, scans are a matter of course. I am very glad I found Brillband. Thank you.

After spending many years with another fibre provider and ever increasing prices for just broadband alone and with the cost of everything else in life going up, I bit the bullet to review what my options were. With having City Fibre available in the street this was the first port of call. After a quick look through providers that were on offer, it was a "no brainer" to go with brillband. Signed up very easily through the website with a date that was just over a week ahead - earlier appointments were available had I been available. New router came with a couple of days of signing up. Engineers came a couple of days ahead of time to do their survey, then on the day of installation gave a call to say they were on the way. Installation was without issue, all done and dusted in less than an hour. Now I have broadband that is less than half the price that I was going to be paying post the April increases with my previous provider, and it is almost 4 times faster than what I was paying for (250Mbs -> 940Mbs). Even better with the eero 6 router is that I can take better control of browsing activity of our youngest and ensure that all of their devices can't browse the internet after bedtime. Broadband shouldn't be expensive, it should be fast and reliable backed by great customer services and so far brillband is ticking the boxes for me.

I qas having issues with my broadband not Dow loading very fast through my ps5. I contacted brillband via Instagram and they quickly got me in contact with the support team. Viv was very friendly and managed to fix my issue in minutes my ammending my settings, brilliant customer service and now great Internet speeds.

Fantastic service so far, was sceptical about customer service but again so far so good. I find the WhatsApp communication much easier than being on hold for an eternity then getting through to someone who doesn't have a clue in a different country. No CPI price rises swung it for me.

No cowboys here 🤠 Just an honest and cost-effective service that gives our customers a breath of fresh air! We don't shy away from communication either, and the proof is in the pudding - our average response time through WhatsApp and Live Chat is only 21 seconds. Having spent many years with TalkTalk and suffering the worst customer service, on numerous occasions, I decided to make the switch to BrillBand and I have never looked back. One speed, one price, no gimmicks. From day one the transition was a piece of cake and I was kept updated during the whole switch process with no noticeable downtime. As for BrillBands customer service, it blows the competition out of the water, real people with a genuine interest in the customer, friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, and a real local team based in Glasgow not the other side of the world. I would highly recommend BrillBand to anyone.

I 100% drive for excellent customer service I am passionate about getting the best for what I pay for, if a company sells me something I expect delivery not just on product but service delivery is as if not more important. I was let down through no fault of my own by my previous broadband provider their customer service was not only appauling but was effecting my mental well-being trying to resolve an issue that they created. Being a home worker I rely on good reliable internet access, that in itself is not the be all and end all of what I require, good honest access to customer service is also a priority. Brillband from day one delivered on every aspect of my expectations. 100% delivered on cost, installation, promise and reassurance and they have never ever let me down. I cannot recommend Brillband enough and I do if people ignore my recommendation because ‘never heard of them’ believe me neither had I but I was desperate to go live again and they delivered and continue to deliver. This is an honest review and the content of the review is of my own opinion based on experience and of a satisfied customer.
