I 100% drive for excellent customer service I am passionate about getting the best for what I pay for, if a company sells me something I expect delivery not just on product but service delivery is as if not more important. I was let down through no fault of my own by my previous broadband provider their customer service was not only appauling but was effecting my mental well-being trying to resolve an issue that they created. Being a home worker I rely on good reliable internet access, that in itself is not the be all and end all of what I require, good honest access to customer service is also a priority. Brillband from day one delivered on every aspect of my expectations. 100% delivered on cost, installation, promise and reassurance and they have never ever let me down. I cannot recommend Brillband enough and I do if people ignore my recommendation because ‘never heard of them’ believe me neither had I but I was desperate to go live again and they delivered and continue to deliver. This is an honest review and the content of the review is of my own opinion based on experience and of a satisfied customer.
