Felt like I took a bit of a risk going with a brand new company I knew very little about, but I’m so glad I did. The value for money here can’t be matched.
I’ve been in touch with the customer support a couple of times now, and each time has been a breeze. Extremely attentive and fast to respond to questions/queries. Get ready to subconsciously adopt the brand’s use of emojis ??.
Speeds are brill(band). And the guys from CityFibre who did the install were great too.
A month in and I have no complaints whatsoever. I hope this helps put your mind at ease ?
