No way can I fault BrillBand, the customer service, is second to none, they have the "personal touch", your not a customer to them, your a friend that uses the service. As for folks complaining about the eero routers and speed over WiFi I spoke to eero tech support and they said max WiFi speed was between 500-700Mbps depending on model. WiFi speed depends on soo many things, devices connected, background frequencies, microwaves etc. The ISP cant help with in home speeds, as long as your speed to the router is what the say then thats good, also the speedtests online are rubbish, try running different ones and you will get different results.
