Service reliable, but router is absolutely terrible - basic eero device. I can barely get WiFi outside the room the router’s in. Had to disconnect it, and use my previous Asus Mesh gear instead. Getting around 300Mbps from a 900Mbps contract, so not great.
Tech support haven’t helped much, just blamed design of the building for blocking signal.
