Great customer service. What impressed me was the efficient and honest customer service I received when I exchanged an item. I requested an update as the return wasn’t acknowledged. I then received a prompt response looking into my enquiry, followed by an explanation for the delay and expedited shipment of the exchange to rectify the delay. I have now received my replacement item and am very happy. Thank you.
