My return for a larger size for my granddaughter’s birthday was 4 days later than their policy stated! I did not read their policy as I was in hospital and my granddaughter lives four hours away! They will not exchange the Ugg boots to a larger size! I will never purchase any products from Brilliant Co as they have no empathy to my situation! Very disappointed and very upset with their decision!
