I would not recommend this company I called them to sort out a issue your company caused by not reviewing my direct debit and not reading my meters as we are on the priority list and I asked to speak to a manager I got told yes I was put on hold then no manager spoke to me and then asked to do a survey which I did then they ended the call without a manager talking to me
