Shambles in baggage claim. Have been here hour and a half and our luggage is still on the plane. We were told that luggage is taking at least 2 hours to be unloaded due to staff shortages. This has been the same excuse for the past 5 years. If the airport can’t handle the amount of passengers they should restrict the number of flights.
Toilets not very clean either. Won’t be using this airport again.
