drop of and pick up charges are a rip-off
2)£2 for trolley hire is a rip-off
3)security staff are poorly trained and arrogant.
4)Aspire lounge closes to early at 19.30
5) airport is filthy and dirty see my photographs
6) seating for none consumers is inadecate.
7) distances to gates are far to long and without walkway assistance
8) WiFi charges are incurred after 2 hours do if your flight is delayed your ripped,-off
