Sent an enquiry on Saturday morning not expecting an answer until Monday but got one within a few minutes. Arranged an appointment for Sunday. Had a text 30 minutes before visit with a tracker to follow journey of technician. Robert arrived, assessed the situation, advised the action he would carry out and proceeded. Very efficient service. He also advised on an additional issue whilst he was here. Would highly recommend The Bristol Pest Controller.
