Rang on a Saturday morning and had a visit at noon from Joe - a friendly, helpful and reassuring member of the team. By the next day the rat had apparently disappeared, but the subsequent visits and advice, plus checking for the point of entry, were particularly useful and I would certainly call them first if we ever have another problem. Always on time and texted when they were on their way - would recommend to anyone
