Ian was professional and friendly from the start. The job was to treat a wasp nest in a very tricky location and Ian persevered to ensure it got treated effectively. He’s clearly got a heap of knowledge and expertise and was happy to explain the process along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to others.
