Giles was amazing - I found a rat in my toilet (yes, terrifying and unpleasant!) Rentokil said they couldn't deal with it until Monday (this was Saturday) another service suggested shutting the toilet lid and waiting for it to go away but Giles said he could come round in 15 minutes- which he did, dealt with the rat, surveyed my house, laid bait and arranged a follow up visit. Amazing service and a really good price! Would highly recommend.
