My mum passed away we needed to sell her car. Went online did the valuation on Bristol Street motors site. Said £8760 valid for 7 days carried on online to make an appointment had to select am or pm , then it said someone would ring me the next day , NO ONE RANG, so we into Leicester showroom , got car values £8200 , I said last night it said £8760 , he went off come back with £8500 I said no , I had proof of what it said ,still no joy . Won't use again
