I ordered 2 books, via Abe Books, which were supposed to arrive on or before 13 Oct. When they had still not arrived by 17 Oct I contacted the seller. They could not tell me the whereabouts of my order, and so refunded me in full. Disappointing though. I still would like to know which courier they use.
