Horrible service! I wanted a particular book with a cd and confirmed with them first that the cd was in the book and britbooks assured me it was so i purchased and the book arrived without the cd and i am unable to get my money back… they finally contacted me to offer the book at a reduced price, but it was the cd i wanted and i said no to their offer and haven’t heard from them since…. I have had my money taken from me under false pretences and the company is not resolving their false selling!!! i will never order from them again!!!
